ZINEJDA RITA, BOARD MEMBER

Zina is a commercial litigation lawyer with experience in the private and public sectors.

Before the practice of law, Zina worked for one of the major Canadian banks and as Director of Policy and Regional Media at the Ontario Legislature, where she worked closely with business groups.

Zina has a passion for event planning and storytelling. In her spare time, Zinejda volunteers mentoring students at the University of Toronto and the Munk School of Global Affairs, attending performances of the Canadian Opera Company, and various theatre productions across the City, and hosting dinner parties.
