Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator
Dates: January 6th 2025 - March 31st 2027
Job Type: Part-Time (approximately 25-30 hours per week), combination of remote and in person.
Compensation: $37,000 per year
The Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with community members and partner organizations, and coordinating volunteer activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Youth Engagement Scarborough (YES) program, managing program logistics, facilitating partnerships, and conducting outreach to engage diverse youth participants.
About YES: Youth Engagement Scarborough (YES) empowers Scarborough youth between the ages of 15-30, through arts, civic engagement, and volunteerism, with a focus on sustainability, resilience, and inclusivity. Over the next two years, YES will support 100 youth-led arts projects that span live performance, writing, and digital arts.
Project Manager - Existing Audience Engagement
Dates: January 6th - September 14th, 2025
Job Type: Part-time (approximately 25-30 hours/month)
Compensation: $6,300 for the project
The Project Manager will assist with the completion of a special program funded by the Metcalf Foundation’s Strategic Experimentation Fund. This portion of the program involves building on GFT's existing audience base and working with keystone patrons to participate in an initiative to reach new community members.
Project Manager - New Communities Outreach
Dates: January 6th - September 14th, 2025
Job Type: Part-time (approximately 25-30 hours/month)
Compensations: $6,300 for the project
The Project Manager will assist with the completion of a special program funded by the Metcalf Foundation’s Strategic Experimentation Fund. The program involves identifying opportunities for engagement and growth focusing on communities not currently connected to GFT.
