COVID-19 Protocol

If you are feeling sick, have recently travelled, or have been in contact with someone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to complete a screening and contact tracing questionnaire and to find your seats before the show begins.  

This summer, seating will be provided. However, social distancing measures remain essential to our company this season. Please continue to stay in your bubble and keep 6 feet away from other audience members who are not in your party. Patrons must remain masked upon entry and exit but may remove their masks while seated. Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrances and exits of the performance venue. 

Our front of house staff will be enforcing physical distancing and safety guidelines. They will ask anyone not in compliance to leave the performance venue.

Inclement Weather

In the event that rain or extreme weather interferes with performance proceedings, the show may be paused or cancelled in order to ensure the health and safety of the audience and company members involved. 

If the weather forecast predicts rain or inclement weather on the date of a performance you have booked tickets for, please make sure to monitor your inboxes and social media as a call will be made close to the show start time as to whether or not the performance will proceed. If you do not see any rain or inclement weather notice from GFT, please attend the show as per usual.

In case of inclement weather during a performance (including, but not limited to rain or extreme heat), Stage Management will announce that the show will be paused or, in extreme cases, cancelled. Our team will be keeping track of any oncoming storms and will do our very best to anticipate these situations in advance in order to avoid mid-show cancellations. 

Unfortunately due to mandated capacity limitations, there will be no refunds issued in the case of cancellation. In the event that a  performance is cancelled or compromised due to inclement weather or any other unforeseeable circumstance, we will offer ticket holders the opportunity to rebook for another night.
