Mike is a food entrepreneur focused on cultivating adventuresome palates through novel flavour combinations in packaged condiments.

He is a dynamic generalist and creative problem-solver having 20 years of experience as a consultant and in startups across multiple sectors, including non-profits, social enterprises, social media research, science communication, SaaS, and finance. As a seasoned volunteer, Mike has supported non-profit organizations in hospitality, finance, facilitation, strategy, and governance.

He is passionate about helping arts organizations increase their capacity to cultivate new creators and broadly share innovative works.
